KUMON TEACHER VACANCY
KEY AREAS
- Kumon Education SA is part of the international Kumon group which offers individualised after-school study programmes designed to help children of all ages and abilities to fulfill their potential in Math’s and English.
- Overall Responsibility: be responsible for the support and development, in all aspects, of Kumon Education SA (KESA) Centres within a designated area.
- Manage development of Kumon centers to meet quality and growth targets.
- Maintain relationships with franchisees, visit centers, provide support, training, and guidance.
- Organize training, workshops, and meetings.
- Support marketing efforts, oversee center closures, collaborate with team members, and engage in project work.
- Assist instructors, maintain product knowledge, attend trainings, and adhere to company policies.
- Fulfill duties as requested and work towards personal objectives.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Professional manner
- Enthusiasm for learning and development
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience and or working knowledge within education and a practical understanding of franchise business would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong ability in Math and English is essential.
- Good presentation and training skills.
- Computer literate on MS Office
- Communication skills.
- Training and facilitation skills.
DUTIES/ EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS
DUTIES
- When running a Kumon centre, you will be responsible for Centre Assistants.
- To be responsible for the support, development and performance of a number of franchised Study Centres Instructors.
EXPERIENCE
- Business management experience preferable.
QULIFICATION
- Senior Certificate, and a relevant degree or diploma.
Valid driver’s license.Ability to travel.Own transportation is an added advantage.
